Front-Panel Mount Press-Fit Type:
Front-Panel Mounting Method Adopts a nut-locking mounting structure on the front side of the panel, allowing fixation and disassembly to be completed directly from the front of the equipment panel. Assembly and maintenance can be performed without removing the equipment housing. Compatible with metal/plastic mounting panels of 1–5mm thickness, the installation efficiency is improved by approximately 30% compared to rear-panel mounting. Press-Fit Contact Design The contacts feature a press-fit soldered structure, which can be directly inserted into the reserved slots on the PCB and fixed by soldering. Supporting automated soldering processes, it achieves a 40% improvement in electrical connection stability compared to traditional terminal blocks, making it suitable for mass production scenarios. High Protection Rating Equipped with a silicone sealing ring to achieve IP67 protection, it can withstand immersion in 1-meter deep water for 30 minutes. Effectively blocking the intrusion of dust and moisture, it meets the protection requirements of outdoor and industrial on-site applications. Widely used in power distribution modules of industrial machinery: the front-panel mounting method facilitates wiring layout and later troubleshooting, while the press-fit connection reduces the risk of circuit failures.

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages that cause electric shock must be installed and used only by personnel who have received training in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while taking into account the applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate security measures to ensure that the connectors do not accidentally disconnect.
When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
