Straight 180° Metal Plastic Assembly Screw Type:
The straight 180-degree space adaptation feature adopts a 180-degree linear structure design. The connector axis is perfectly aligned with the PCB board and the cable direction, forming a coaxial transmission path. Compared to the curved type, it is more suitable for scenarios where pipelines are arranged in a straight line, such as vertical wiring inside control cabinets, positions reserved for straight installation of equipment at the back of the device, etc. This structure can minimize the bending stress of the cables and avoid insulation layer aging and damage caused by long-term bending. At the same time, it simplifies the wiring layout, facilitating later cable organization and maintenance. The precise D coding connection ensures that D coding serves as the core functional identifier, enabling physical error prevention between D, A, B, X, etc., and other M12 connectors. This fundamentally eliminates faults such as equipment short circuits and communication interruptions caused by incorrect connections. It is widely used in: Straight connections between PCB boards and sensors, actuators in industrial control cabinets to simplify wiring inside the cabinet; Signal interfaces of fixed equipment in automated production lines (such as motor control modules for conveyor belts), with a straight structure adapting to the installation space at the back of the equipment;

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages that cause electric shock must be installed and used only by personnel who have received training in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while taking into account the applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate security measures to ensure that the connectors do not accidentally disconnect.
When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
