90-degree plate-type connector:
Code and pins: Adopting D-code design, it can effectively prevent misconnection with other M12 connectors such as A and B, with the standard configuration being 4 pins. The pins are mostly made of gold-plated brass, which not only enhances conductivity but also improves corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable contact. The rated current is typically 4A, and the rated voltage is up to 250V, meeting the basic transmission requirements of industrial Ethernet. Protection and durability: Most products reach IP67 protection level, and after complete connection, they can achieve waterproof, dustproof, and oil-proof functions, suitable for harsh environments in industrial sites. The working temperature range generally covers -40℃ to +85℃, and it has anti-vibration characteristics. The mating cycles (plug-in and pull-out times) are not less than 500 times, ensuring a long service life. Installation space saving: The 90-degree right-angle design can avoid excessive cable bending, especially suitable for control cabinets, PCB board densely installed areas, and robot joints in narrow spaces, reducing interference from cables to other components and lowering the risk of damage caused by excessive cable bending. Installation convenience: Supports quick assembly with plate-type connectors. Some models adopt tool-free installation design, combined with threaded locking structure, ensuring a firm connection, and facilitating later maintenance and replacement, meeting the efficient installation requirements of industrial sites.

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages that cause electric shock must be installed and used only by personnel who have received training in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while taking into account the applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate security measures to ensure that the connectors do not accidentally disconnect.
When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
