The ultimate protection performance of the all-metal structure. Adopting an integrated all-metal design, the housing. The D code precisely prevents incorrect insertion and protocol adaptation. The D code is its exclusive function identifier. Through the specific key positions of the housing and the fixed definition of the 8-pin pins, it realizes physical interlock isolation with other encoded M12 connectors such as A (sensor/actuator), B (Profibus), X (Ethernet), etc., fundamentally eliminating equipment short circuits and communication interruptions caused by incorrect insertion, thereby reducing on-site debugging and maintenance costs. The value of the direct layout and wire-welding connection: Adopting a 180-degree direct structure, the connector axis is consistent with the PCB board and the cable direction, forming a straight transmission path, suitable for vertical wiring inside the control cabinet and linear installation space on the back of the equipment, reducing cable bending stress and avoiding aging and damage to the insulation layer.
