Full-Metal Housing Design: The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, which not only greatly improves mechanical strength but also significantly enhances resistance to impact, abrasion and electromagnetic interference. The overall 180° straight design is suitable for straight-line wiring scenarios, saving installation space. Meanwhile, the full-metal assembly process ensures a more compact structure, precise positioning during assembly and strong stability. Coding & Locking Method: It inherits the A-coding design, which can be accurately distinguished from M8 connectors with other codes such as B and D, completely avoiding equipment failures caused by misconnection. The connection adopts screw locking combined with M8 standard threads and metal coupling nuts. After locking, it is not easy to loosen due to equipment vibration, further ensuring connection reliability. The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.

When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
