It maintains structural integrity and resists yellowing or deformation during long-term use. Mounting Components The PCB mounting nuts are made of nickel-plated brass, featuring high thread precision and superior rust resistance. The gasket in contact with the panel is crafted from silicone, ensuring installation sealing while preventing scratches on the panel caused by metal nuts. Metal inserts are integrated into key areas of the mating end to enhance durability during repeated mating cycles and prevent wear of plastic components. Mounting Compatibility Supports two usage scenarios: "front-panel mating" and "rear-panel mating". The mating end enables 360° free docking without the need for precise angle alignment, adapting to complex wiring environments inside equipment. Sufficient space is reserved around the mounting holes for flexible installation.
